Connecticut Health of Guilford home

The Guilford House is an existing 60 bed skilled nursing facility [SNF] on approximately 7.7 acres in Guilford, Connecticut. The facility was acquired in October 2002. The present 18,000 square foot building is a superannuated structure that requires significant renovation and new construction. The development plan is to demolish 8,000 square feet, renovate 10,000 square feet, and construct approximately 31,000 square feet. The new configuration will feature 30 private and 15 semi-private rooms; and is designed specifically to support a program of rehabilitation, fitness and wellness services.
