Our mission is to operate properties that function as resource centers whose services meld with the community and incorporate a range of programs that meet the physical, psychological and social needs of the aged and infirm.

CHF embraces a resident-driven care model based on four grounding principles:

  1. Consumers have broad based access to health and medical information;
  2. Residents are encouraged to become active agents in decisions related to their own health treatments and maintenance;
  3. Residents are actively involved in their program of care; and
  4. The utilization of architectural and landscape design as an integral part of the Company’s therapeutic program of services.
