Health of Southport provides multifaceted continuum
of care. Our 120 bed Skilled Nursing facility is surrounded
by 17 acres of woodlands and wild life. Connecticut Health of
Southport is now renovating the building for the expansion of
services including comprehensive sub-acute short term and long
term rehabilitation, wound care, skilled nursing care, recreational
activities, on-site dietician and nutritional counseling, salon
services, social services and community re-intergration. We
are committed to excellence and encourage and invite community
